Born in 1980 in Liège Belgium, Altair now lives in Venice, Italy. He started his career in corporate arts including film, tv and video games. He now devotes himself to his personal new media art.

With 3D graphics and a video game engine as some of his tools, Altair makes video art and projection mapping experiences that explore the interactions of images and sound, somewhere between stillness and motion. It is through this medium that he searches for a channel to express his spiritual visions which are so often failed by words.

In his relentless quest for the representation of the numinous, Altair explores the themes of light and darkness, the nature of Reality, fleeting states of consciousness, the Self, transendence, non-duality, the True Will and more.
