Altair is my magical motto and the name under which I teach. I have years of experience practicing Theravada Buddhist Meditation at an advanced level (Supramundane Jhana, 4th Path and Nirodha-Samapatti).

I can help you deal with the anxiety of selflessness often caused by meditation. I can attempt to make sense of a particular spiritual event you might have gone through. I can guide you to lucid dreaming, help make sense of a dream or of a psychedelic trip, assist in an entheogenic ritual. I could also simply be a companion on the Journey. I’d love that.
